This B737 Overhead Panel is designed for serious flight sim enthusiasts. To ensure transparency and avoid any misunderstandings, please be aware of the following hardware characteristics:
1. Modular Maintenance & Return Policy
The panel features a highly modular internal design. In the rare event of a component failure, we will ship you the exact replacement module along with technical guidance. Basic hands-on/DIY skills are strongly recommended so you can easily swap out modules and keep your panel running perfectly for years.
2. Handcrafted Characteristics
Each unit is meticulously custom-built and assembled by hand. While we adhere to strict quality control, minor cosmetic imperfections may occasionally exist. These do not affect the 1:1 realism or functionality of the device.
3. Independent Backlighting & Dummy Knobs
The panel features an independent hardware backlighting system (so you can illuminate the panel without software running). The "CIRCUIT BREAKER" knob is a physical dummy installed purely for 1:1 visual realism and has no electronic function.
4. Digital Meter Display Constraints
Due to technical differences in how data is exported from the simulator software to the hardware, the digital meter displays (top left) may show "-1" in certain states, whereas the virtual simulator might show a completely blank screen. This is a normal data interpretation characteristic, not a hardware defect.
5. Rotary Switch Logic
For the two rotary switches located below the digital meters: they operate normally when turned sequentially from left to right (e.g., Position 1 -> 2 -> 3). However, due to the internal encoder logic, turning them backwards step-by-step (from 3 to 2) will not register. To input a backward change, you must turn the switch fully back to Position 1.
